something that I am curious about though.
What is the point of having a domain like CN vs a .com when most Chinese people will not be searching for english domains.
What I mean is Money.cn or Domains.cn I tend to think that most chinese people will be using the net with their own language etc

It makes authoritative dictionaries and grammar guides for the language. Although its decisions do not have the force of law but they are widely followed in both Spain and Latin America.
