Preferred domain Name

I want to set preferred domain name for website http://www.seopackages.in/

But When I go into webmaster tool and want to set then google says "Setting is restricted to root level domains only"

Although I have already set for many more TLD domains but was no such errors only facing problem with .in domain

Now could anybody let me know how I can set. Pls note that Right now I only want to set with google webmaster tool not interested in 301 redirect

I think your site is under the subdomains page or being categorized as a subdomain that's why it shows that error.

your site seem to be fine, can you give us an snapshot of the problem you see in your google webmaster tool?

I suggest you contact your domain name provider. The company's CSR will definitely help you solve that issue.

This is also the primary thing I would do.

I created an other fresh google webmaster tool account

now problem is shorted out and Now working Preferred domain feature well
