Hi, what makes you say that? Could I not do what they do? What is different about my site compared to others that I can't do it myself?

thanks for your help

So far I have concentrated on my homepage only. I have optimised the title and description to 100% shown on the meta tags analyzer from this site. I am having trouble getting the keyword to page content up though.

I also have a very high density (over 9%) of the keyword "cas1n0".

I have put keywords in the alt tags and href anchor text, but have not renamed image files to keywords. I heard that helps.

I have been submitting my site to article sites and directories.
I have also been doing link exchanges.
This includes 3 way linking.

Tell me what you think.

thanks

you can start by reading SEO forums and have research in the internet. there are many SEO tools that you can find. and keep in mind, that you must think of your target visitors first... and never the search engines.
